This quaint little RV park sits across the road from popular Tie Lake. 34 sites in the park, everyone has exclusive use of their own fully serviced site plus access to a common bathroom/laundry facility and a 10x20 covered storage area for their boats and quads. Most of the park is "Arizona Style" where enclosed outdoor spaces are attached to the RV's. This site is 1600 sqft, with 44' along the front and space for parking 2 vehicles. Plus boat storage just off to the side nearby. There is a Metal 8x8 shed, approx 5yro and a large beautiful brand new deck off the front. This RV park can be used during the winter. Fees are CHEAP $1100 per year and include power, water, sewer, taxes and insurance and Internet!! There is also a licensed dock that is shared with the park. It can accommodate 6 boats, first come first serve, and there are options to buoy your boat. The boat launch is not far, 2 places to put in your boat on this side of the lake.
