Meet Carrie

Hi!! Welcome to my website and Nice to Meet YOU!!  If you are buying or selling or even just thinking about it, I would love to help you out.  I am a long time East Kootenay Resident, currently residing in the “sunny” Jaffray area, doing business out of the “Key City” - Cranbrook,  with “strings still attached” to my beautiful hometown, Fernie, where I grew up.  Having a spent a lifetime in the East Kootenays, I consider myself an expert in the area.  Almost 15 years in the business I have developed a huge network and have lots of experience.  I hold a commerce degree with a major in marketing and have owned and operated a successful recreational based company for over 20 years. My specialty is the rural and recreational properties in the East Kootenays - Elko, Jaffray, Tie and Rosen Lake, Baynes Lake, Koocanusa, Wardner, Mayook, Bull River, Fort Steele, Wasa, and all the other hidden little gems that lie between Fernie and Cranbrook.

I  LOVE the Kootenay area and the lifestyle it offers and am proud to share it with you.
